My mother really loves her necklace. After losing my sister at Christmas, and having lost my brother back in 1998 (both to issues steming from spina bifida), my wife thought my mother should have a necklace with her three children on it for Mother’s Day. The product itself is quite nice. If there is one thing I would change it would be to make the names a bit more visible than they are right now. It is not very easy to clearly read them on the locket.

I was happy with the necklace itself. However, after following the ads for Mother’s Day and paying for expedited shipping, it had expected this to arrive in time.No issue with the product, but the messaging should have been more clear that it would not arrive in time for Mother’s Day. I would have purchased it, but just waited a few days longer since this was not possible.

The ordering process was relatively easy. My mother absolutely loved it and didn’t seem to mind that it didn’t arrive for Mothers Day. Every one that has seen it loves it. Sorry about only giving you 4 stars but I almost never give a perfect score.

To me at a non zoomed in view the picture of the heart seems to have some slight thickness with smooth beveled edges instead of a flat piece of metal. Overall its very nice and she loved it.
